Aidilfirtri is still in pretty much in the air. Although I don't feel like celebrating much this year, it is still an obligation to make time for family and relatives..
This is just part 1 of this year's Aidilfitri. With a huge relatives... 66 first cousins and 200++ nephews and nieces.. 3 days can never be enough to cover everybody...

The RTM Weekend
|
|
Most time spent at the Angkasapuri last weekend. Managing Ezad Exists who appeared at 'Zoom In Bersama Zamani'[/i] as Special Guest along side with [i]Zahid of AF2 and Mawi of AF4. The show was aired live on RTM 2 that Saturday. (No, I'm no longer his manager. Just doing it for old time sake..)
On Sunday, the recording of 'Istimewa Hari Raya bersama M Nasir' (or.. that's what I think the Programme Title..) at Studio 1 of RTM. A special showcase by M Nasir, performing on acoustic set along with Malaysia's Internationally acclaimed Ethnic instrumental duo - Mohram.
That showcase will be aired on Hari Raya.. (don't ask which date... I don't really know myself..)
Anyway..
SALAM HARI RAYA AIDILFITRI... Minnal Eid' Wal Faid'zin...

Kadangkala.. aku tak pasti apa yang sepatutnya aku sambut dimalam Merdeka..
Aku tak pasti jika aku perlu menyambutnya dengan sorakan dan teriakan kosong
Yang kadangkala, saling tak tumpah seperti monyet mendapat bunga..
Dalam perasaan yang bercampur antara menyambut dengan gembira dan menyambutnya dengan syukur..

M Nasir has been appointed by the Government to be the Special Ambassador of the Malaysian Flag, better known by Malaysians as 'Jalur Gemilang'. His favourite sidekick Loloq, also being appointed as the official assistant to the Ambassador. The First task as the ambassador, M Nasir will join a huge convoy of 163 superbikes, 49 four-wheel drives and another 10 Mazda-sponsored cars in a 6KM convoy to promote the public campaign to fly the National Flag.
Expedition led by Deputy Information Minister Datuk Ahmad Zahid Hamidi, started it's official journey around Malaysia from Kuala Terengganu on 18th August 2006. The convoy is expected to end it's journey in Kuantan today, while part of the convoy members will be leaving for Sabah and Sarawak to continue the expedition that is expected to end in Kuching on 31st August 2006 during the official National Day Celebration.
For me, it is an honor to be one of the 4 members from the M Nasir's entourage. This is indeed an experience of a lifetime..
